11A-2-1 USES:
Spring Valley is an approximately six thousand seventeen (6,017) acre planned community located in the North Eagle Foothills and will contain a mix of residential, commercial, employment, public, institutional, civic, service, recreational and open space uses. The zoning of the site is residential one with a development agreement (R-1-DA) as identified on the city of Eagle's official zoning map in section 8-2-1 of the Eagle city code. The maximum development intensity for the site is seven thousand one hundred sixty (7,160) residential units and two hundred forty five (245) acres of nonresidential uses. (Ord. 710, 1-14-2014)
