7-5-6: NONCONFORMING MANUFACTURED HOMES:

A manufactured home which has been placed and maintained upon an individual lot prior to February 22, 1994, shall be a legal nonconforming use. Such manufactured homes shall not be relocated within the city without conforming to all applicable provisions contained herein. (Ord. 239, 2-22-1994)
