7-3-10: REMOVAL OF WHEELS:

The wheels of trailer coaches shall not be removed, except temporarily when necessary for repairs. Jacks or stabilizers may be used under the trailer coach to prevent movement on springs when the coach is parked and occupied. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971; amd. Ord. 40, 10-1978, rev. 9-1980)
