7-3-9: EXPANSION OF TRAILERS, SKIRTING:

No permanent addition of any kind shall be built on to, or become a part of, any trailer coach. Skirting of coaches is permissible but such skirting shall not permanently attach the coach to the ground, provide a harborage for rodents or create a fire hazard. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971; amd. Ord. 40, 10-1978, rev. 9-1980)
