7-3-8: OPERATION OF TRAILER COURT:
   A.   Duties Of Owner Or Operator: Every trailer court owner or operator shall:
      1.   Maintain the camp in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition at all times;
      2.   See that the provisions of this chapter are complied with and enforced, and promptly report to the proper authorities any violation of this chapter or any other violations of law which may come to his attention;
      3.   Report to the proper authorities all cases of persons or animals affected or suspected of being affected with any communicable or contagious disease within the trailer court;
      4.   Cooperate with the public health authorities in the matter of quarantining any person occupying units within the court and in the enforcement of quarantine regulations.
   B.   Number Of Occupants: No trailer coach may be inhabited by a greater number of occupants than that for which it was designed.
   C.   Registration Of Occupants: Every trailer court owner or operator shall keep and maintain a register of all guests which shall be open at all times to inspection by state and federal officers and officers of the city. Such registers shall maintain:
      1.   Names and addresses of all guests.
      2.   Date of arrival and departure.
      3.   Make, model and registration number of all trailer coaches and towing automobiles or other vehicles.
      4.   State issuing such licenses.
Such records shall be preserved for a period of three (3) years after the departure of the occupants.
   D.   Office Building Regulations Posted, Register Kept: Every trailer court shall have an office building in which shall be located the office of the person in charge of such court. A copy of the permit and of this chapter shall be posted therein and the camp register shall at all times be kept in such office. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971; amd. Ord. 40, 10-1978, rev. 9-1980)
