7-3-5: SERVICE BUILDINGS AND ACCOMMODATIONS:
Each trailer court shall be provided with one or more service buildings, adequately equipped with flush type fixtures. No service building shall contain less than two (2) toilets for females, one toilet for males, two (2) lavatories and one shower for each sex, a urinal for males, a laundry tray and a wastewater sink. To serve more than twenty (20) dependent trailer coaches, additional fixtures shall be provided in the ratio mentioned in this section.
   A.   Toilet facilities for females shall consist of at least one flush type water closet for each ten (10) dependent trailer coaches; toilet facilities for men shall consist of at least one flush type water closet for each ten (10) dependent trailer coaches and one urinal for each ten (10) dependent trailer coaches. Each water closet shall be in a private compartment and toilet facilities for males and females shall be separated, if located in the same building, by a sound resistant wall.
   B.   A lavatory for each sex shall be provided for every ten (10) dependent trailer coaches. A bathtub or shower for each sex shall be provided for every twenty (20) dependent trailer coaches. Separate bathtub and shower facilities shall be maintained for each sex.
   C.   Floors of toilets, showers, bath facilities and laundry facilities shall be of concrete, tile or similar material, impervious to water and easily cleaned and pitched to a floor drain.
   D.   Laundry facilities shall be provided in the ratio of one unit for every twenty (20) trailer coaches. Drying space in the ratio of fifty (50) square feet to each coach space, or other adequate clothes drying facilities, including mechanical clothes dryers, shall be provided to accommodate the laundry of the trailer court occupants.
   E.   Each service building shall:
      1.   Be located not more than two hundred feet (200') from any dependent trailer coach, and at least fifteen feet (15') from any trailer coach.
      2.   Be of permanent construction and be provided with adequate light, heat, water, ventilation, sewage disposal connections and have adequate garbage facilities available thereto.
      3.   Have the interior of moisture resistant material to permit frequent washing and cleaning.
      4.   Have all rooms well ventilated with all openings effectively screened.
The above accommodations shall be based on trailer court capacity according to plans approved when permit is issued. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971; amd. Ord. 40, 10-1978, rev. 9-1980)
