7-3-4: SITE DEVELOPMENT:
   A.   Location Of Trailer Court, Outdoor Lighting: Every trailer court shall be located on a well drained site and be adequately lighted at night, and shall be in conformity with the zoning laws 1 , this chapter and the ordinances of the city.
   B.   Water Supply And Sewage Disposal:
      1.   Water Supply: An accessible, adequate, safe and potable supply of pure water shall be provided in each trailer court furnished through a pipe distribution system connected directly with the city water mains. Each trailer coach space shall have an independent water connection and an adequate supply of hot and cold water shall be supplied at all times in each service building.
      2.   Sewage Disposal: All trailer courts shall be served with the public sewer system, if available, or by a private sewer system in accordance with the provisions of this code. Each trailer coach space shall be provided with a satisfactory sewer connection and all wastes from all toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers and laundries shall be discharged into such sewer system. All sewer disposal apparatus, including appurtenances thereto shall be provided, maintained and operated so as not to become a health hazard and shall fully comply with all the provisions of this chapter. All sanitary facilities in any trailer house which are not connected with the city sewer or trailer court building sewer, shall be sealed and their use is hereby declared unlawful.
   C.   Plumbing: All plumbing in trailer courts shall comply with all state and local plumbing regulations.
   D.   Size Of Trailer Coach Space: Each trailer coach space shall contain a minimum of one thousand (1,000) square feet, shall be at least twenty feet (20') wide and shall have its boundaries clearly defined.
   E.   Position Of Trailer: Each trailer coach shall be parked on an individual trailer coach space so that there will be a minimum of fifteen feet (15') of space between coaches, ten feet (10') between coaches and any adjoining property line, twenty five feet (25') between coach and street or highway and fifteen feet (15') between coach and building or structure.
   F.   Electrical Service: Each trailer coach space shall be furnished with an electrical service outlet. Such outlet shall be equipped with an exterior switch or fuse with not less than 30 ampere capacity and a heavy outlet receptacle and shall be capable of supplying at least 110 volts for each trailer space. The installation shall comply with all state and local electrical codes and ordinances 1 and each outlet shall be waterproof.
   G.   Driveways: Each trailer coach space shall abut on a driveway not less than twenty feet (20') in width, which such driveway shall have unobstructed access to a public street or highway. Each driveway shall be graveled or paved and maintained in good condition, shall be well lighted at night and shall be kept unobstructed.
   H.   Parking Requirements: Sufficient area shall be provided for the parking of at least one motor vehicle for each trailer coach space.
   I.   Number Of Trailer Coaches: No greater number of trailer coaches shall be allowed in any trailer court than the number of trailer coach spaces available therefor. (Ord. 1, 5-24-1971; amd. Ord. 40, 10-1978, rev. 9-1980)
