7-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
Whenever used in this chapter, unless a different meaning appears from the context, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
DEPENDENT TRAILER COACH: Trailer coaches which do not have a toilet, bathtub or shower.
INDEPENDENT TRAILER COACH: A trailer coach that has a toilet, bathtub or shower.
PERMIT: A written permit issued by the mayor and city council permitting a trailer court to be operated under this chapter.
SERVICE BUILDING: A building housing toilet facilities for men and women with wastewater, sink and laundry facilities, and with separate toilet, bath and shower accommodations for each sex.
TRAILER COACH: Any vehicle used, or so constructed as to permit its being used, as a conveyance upon public streets or highways, and duly licensable as such, and so constructed as to permit occupancy thereof or therein, as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons, or for the conduct of any business, trade, profession or occupation, or to be used as a selling or advertising device.
TRAILER COACH SPACE: A plot of ground within a trailer court designated for the accommodation of one trailer coach.
TRAILER COURT: Any plot of ground upon which one or more trailer coaches, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, or for the conduct of any business, profession, occupation or trade (or used as a selling or advertising device) are, or may be located.
