There are hereby adopted for the purpose of governing the licensing, sale and use of alcoholic beverages within the city those laws of the state of Idaho being particularly title 23, Idaho Code, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by the legislature together with any and all duly promulgated regulations issued thereunder. The same are hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein. (Ord. 428, 7-9-2002)
