3-1-8: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:

If any person, persons, or entities exercise or carry on any trade, business or profession without first receiving a license from the city as required by this chapter, or violate any of the provisions of this chapter, he, she, or they shall be guilty of an infraction punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
