9-5-9: CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISIONS:
Any person desiring to create a condominium subdivision as herein defined and in accordance with title 55, chapter 15, Idaho Code shall submit all necessary applications to the administrator for review and approval. (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
