9-5-4-2: SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN:

The developer shall provide a colored rendering to adequate scale to show the completed development that will include at least the following:

   A.   Architectural style and building design;

   B.   Building materials and color;

   C.   Landscaping, including existing trees;

   D.   Screening;

   E.   Garbage areas;

   F.   Parking;

   G.   Open space; and
