9-5-4-1: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:

In addition to the requirements of this chapter, planned unit developments shall also be subject to requirements set forth in title 8, "Zoning", title 10, "Flood Control", and title 8, chapter 2, article A, "Design Review Overlay District", of this code. (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
