9-4-1-3: CURBS AND GUTTERS:
   A.   Generally:
      1.   Vertical curbs and gutters shall be constructed on collector and arterial streets.
      2.   Rolled curbs and gutters shall be required on minor streets.
      3.   All construction shall be in accordance with the standards and specifications adopted by the Ada County highway district.
   B.   Driveways, Curb Cuts: All driveway openings and curbs shall be as specified by the Ada County highway district or the Idaho transportation department. (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
