2-4-2: APPOINTMENT, VACANCIES, AND REMOVAL:
Members of boards, commissions and committees created by the council shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by a majority vote of the council. All vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as original appointments, and members may be removed by a majority vote of the council. (Ord. 286, 1-28-1997)
