9-3-3: PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS:

Right of way for pedestrian walkways in the middle of long blocks may be required where necessary to obtain convenient pedestrian circulation to schools, parks or shopping areas. The pedestrian easement shall be at least ten feet (10') wide. (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
