At the time of submission of an application for a preliminary plat, planned unit development preliminary development plan, and final plat, a fee, as established in the official fee schedule of the city, shall be paid 1 . There shall be no additional fee for the combining of the preliminary and final plats and there shall be no fee for a preapplication. (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
