9-1-4: JURISDICTION:
These regulations shall apply to the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the city, including the property outside the corporate limits of the city as defined by the city and Ada County 1 under the requirements of sections 50-1306 and 67-6526, Idaho Code, as amended. (Ord. 88, 11-15-1983)
