The members of the board shall take office as of the date of their appointment, confirmation, and qualification. The term of the appointment shall be for three (3) years. All members shall be eligible for reappointment. In the event of a vacancy of a position on the board, the Mayor shall appoint a new member, with the consent of the City Council, for the balance of the unexpired term. (Ord. 667, 2-14-2012)
