2-2-1: BOARD CREATED, MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS:

The board shall be composed of up to seven (7) members. Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Members of the board shall be appointed with proper representation from such fields as architecture, landscape architecture, design, business, engineering, and a citizen at large.
