8-9-9: CHANGES TO PUBLICLY OWNED PROPERTY:
No exterior or interior portion of a designated property, landmark, site, structure or object which is owned by the city shall be altered, restored, reconstructed, remodeled, moved or demolished until such time as an application for such work has been submitted to and approved by the commission.
