Pursuant to the provisions of section 50-213, Idaho Code, the “Valley Times” and the "Idaho Statesman" are hereby designated the official newspaper of the City and such ordinances, notices and publications as are required by law to be given publication in the newspaper shall be published in said “Valley Times” or "Idaho Statesman".
