A. It shall be the responsibility of the property owner to maintain in a competent and attractive manner in perpetuity all improvements made pursuant to the design review application approval, including, but not limited to, all structures, site furnishings, fences, site and parking lot lighting, street lighting, parking lots, parking lot striping, pathway lighting, landscaping, and drainage and irrigation facilities.
