This chapter shall be known and cited as the CITY OF EAGLE BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE. The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum standards and requirements to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare, by regulating and controlling, the design, construction, erection, alteration, moving, demolition, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures in the city.
