1-9-14: EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH CONDUCTING AN ELECTION:
   A.   After an election has been ordered, all expenses associated with conducting municipal general and special elections shall be paid from the Ada County election fund as provided by section 34-1411, Idaho Code.
   B.   Expenses associated with conducting runoff elections shall be paid by the city adopting runoff elections pursuant to the provisions of section 50-612 or 50-707B, Idaho Code, or both. (Ord. 653, 2-8-2011; amd. Ord. 857, 9-14-2021)
