4-11-5: PENALTY:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to violate any provision or directive of a duly enacted Local Disaster Emergency Order. The violation of any provision or directive of a Local Disaster Emergency Order shall be a misdemeanor.
   B.   That all ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts thereof or in conflict with this chapter are hereby voided.
   C.   That this chapter shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. (Ord. 829, 3-19-2020)
