Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00). Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of the fine shall be deposited into the Town Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund (LECEF) for the purposes as set forth and permitted by Town Code Section 2-187 as amended from time to time. The remaining portion of the fine in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be deposited to the Town General Fund. Each offense of violation of this article shall be deemed a separate offense, with separate fines for each as set forth herein. All such fines shall be paid to the Local Ordinance Violations Bureau, administered by the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town. (Ord. No. 92-20, § 5, 7-14-92; Am. Ord. No. 2000-09, 5-16-00)
