§ 135.07 FALSE REPRESENTATION TO AN OFFICER.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, or any agent or employee thereon, knowingly to make any material misrepresentation to any officer, employee, or agency of the city government in any official application to, or official dealing or negotiation with, such officer or agency or to commit perjury before any tribunal or officer of the city.
