(A) Any violation of the provisions of this title for which no other penalty is provided is punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 133.13 shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the city and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of $750 as authorized by 11 O. S. § 14-111, plus all court costs and statutory penalties.
