It is unlawful for any person to be present on private business property outside of any posted business hours without the written consent of the owner or other person in lawful possession of the premises when there is a sign posted on the premises which notifies the public of the hours of business operations and which states that it is unlawful for any person to be present on the premises outside business hours.
