§ 131.09 THROWING ADVERTISING ON STREET PROHIBITED.

It is unlawful for any person to throw, leave, or deposit, or cause to be thrown, left, or deposited, upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or other public area any handbill, circular, or other advertising matter.
