§ 113.061 ARTIFICIAL LIGHT NEAR TANKS OR WELLS.
   No artificial light, except as approved by the United States Bureau of Mines for use in explosive atmosphere, shall be used within 40 feet of the tank, or of any well after such well is completed as a producer of oil or gas.
