Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or causing or permitting the same to be done shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Further sanctions, as authorized in these regulations may also be pursued.
