§ 113.028 ANNUAL LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to conduct, operate, or maintain an oil and gas well and associated facilities within the city without a valid oil and gas license issued by the city. The permit for this license shall not be issued until the application and other supporting documentation, as determined by the City Manager or his or her designee, has been reviewed for compliance with these regulations.
   (B)   The license issued by the city shall be posted in a conspicuous location visible to the public.
   (C)   Any license issued under the authority of this chapter shall not be transferred to another company or location.
   (D)   The initial license fee and renewal permit fee shall be set by motion or resolution of the City Council.
