(A) The use of tobacco in any form is a public nuisance and dangerous to public health and is hereby prohibited when used indoors or outside all city owned buildings, except where specifically allowed by law.
(B) The City Manager or his or her designee shall place signs at appropriate locations on all buildings owned or operated by the city designating the facility as tobacco free, to include all forms of tobacco products and vapor products.
