§ 111.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of any provision contained in §§ 111.020 through 111.042 is an offense against the city; upon conviction of any such offense, the violator shall be punished by a fine as provided by § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, including costs.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 111.055 through 111.066 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   Except as otherwise provided by state law, whenever in §§ 111.080 through 111.084 an act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful, an offense, or a misdemeanor, or whenever the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful the violation of any provision of this code or of any ordinance, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, plus costs, per § 10.99. Each day or any portion of a day during which any violation of this code or of any ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (D)   Any person who knowingly violates §§ 111.135 through 111.140 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100.
