§ 111.103 TOBACCO PRODUCTS OR VAPOR PRODUCTS ADVERTISING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to place signs or other forms of advertisement promoting or marketing the use or ingestion of tobacco products or vapor products at city sponsored events.
