§ 111.102 SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS EXCEPT IN ORIGINAL AND SEALED PACKAGING PROHIBITED; FINE.

   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to sell cigarettes except in the original and sealed package in which they were placed by the manufacturer.

   (B)    When a person violates division (A) above, the Municipal Court shall assess such person an administrative fine of $200 for each offense.
