No wholesale dealer in alcoholic beverages shall sell or deliver to any package store and no package store shall sell any amount of spirits or wines on Sunday of any week or on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day or at any time while the polls are open on the day of any general, primary, runoff primary, or special election, whether national, state, county, or city.
