No licensee shall employ any person under the age of 21 years, nor shall any person under 21 years of age be employed in the selling or handling of alcoholic beverages. However, a mixed beverage licensee, caterer, or special event licensee may employ servers who are 18 years of age or older, except in designated bar or lounge areas.
