No person shall:
(A) Sell, furnish, or give any alcoholic beverage to any person who is under the age of 21 years;
(B) If he or she is under the age of 21 years, enter, be or remain in the premises of a retail package store or allow such a person to be, enter, or remain in the store; or
(C) If he or she is under the age of 21 years, enter, be or remain in a separate or enclosed bar area of the premises of a licensee who holds a license to sell and dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises or allow such a person to enter, be, or remain in such separate or enclosed bar area.
