§ 72.42 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLE.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle on the private property of another without the consent of the owner of the property, his or her agent, or tenant.
   (B)   Any unoccupied vehicle parked in violation of this section may, upon complaint of the property owner, his or her agent, or tenant, be removed and impounded by the police, and the vehicle owner must pay removal, storage, and impounding fees.
