No person shall park his or her vehicle upon any street or highway for the principal purpose of:
(A) Displaying the vehicle for sale;
(B) Displaying advertising or displaying merchandise;
(C) Washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency; and
(D) Selling merchandise or any other thing from vehicles without appropriate permit or license from the city.
