§ 72.05 PARKING TO BE SUCH AS TO LEAVE AT LEAST 12 FEET OF ROADWAY AVAILABLE FOR TRAFFIC.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon a street or alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 12 feet of the width of roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic.
