§ 70.055 IMMEDIATE NOTICE OF ACCIDENT.
   (A)   The driver of a vehicle involved in any accident shall immediately, by the quickest means of communication, give notice of such accident to the Police Department, on forms provided by the Police Department, after complying with the requirements of § 70.052 of this subchapter. A report shall be made on forms provided by the Department.
   (B)   Where personal injury or death occurs, the driver or drivers of the vehicles shall remain at the scene of the accident until police officers arrive, except in cases of personal injury requiring immediate attention.
