There is adopted and incorporated herein by reference the State Motor Vehicle Code, 47 O.S. §§ 1-101 et seq., and the State “Rules of the Road,” 47 O.S. §§ 10-101 et seq. and all other misdemeanor traffic and motor vehicle violations in 47 O.S., as now exist and as may be from time to time amended. The state laws as adopted herein by reference shall be fully enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
