§ 53.235 IN GENERAL.

The purpose of pretreatment fees and surcharges is to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city’s wastewater disposal system for the implementation of the program established by this chapter. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the city’s schedule of charges and fees. See also § 53.022 of this chapter.
