Users shall provide wastewater treatment as necessary to comply with this chapter and shall achieve compliance with all categorical pretreatment standards, local limits, and the prohibitions set out in § 53.015 of this chapter within the time limitations specified by the EPA, the state, or the Pretreatment Department, whichever is more stringent.
