(A) Any person who violates, neglects, or refuses to comply with any regulation, requirement, or provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation of the City Council duly promulgated hereunder shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any violation of any of the provisions of §§ 51.65 through 51.68 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 for each occurrence and a third conviction shall bar the operator or permit holder from operating within the corporate limits of the city for a period of 24 months from date of conviction.
