It shall be unlawful for any individual, corporation, partnership, or other entity to provide for collection or disposal of construction and demolition materials (C&D) in roll-off containers within the corporate limits of the city, without having first obtained an annual permit from the Community Development Department and tendering the permit fee. Each load of construction and demolition materials collected within the city shall be deposited in the city landfill. Fees shall be established by resolution.
